Tariff

• $275 - $450 per night
• $275 (per couple - low season)
• $450 (4 guests - high season)
• $50.00 per night each additional person.
• Maximum 4 guests
• Long term stays (minimum as per 1 calendar month) welcome and available at preferential rates, please enquire
• Although Abel Tasman Villa is not really suitable for children, we can make exceptions. Please enquire when making your booking.

Guests are asked to vacate Abel Tasman Villa by 10am to allow servicing for incoming guests from 3pm onwards

Terms and conditions

Payment

• Credit Card details are required to confirm your reservation as a 25% deposit. You may send us your credit card details (we will advise how) for the deposit.
• On your arrival, we require the balance of your tariff to be paid. This can also be deducted from your credit card
• We accept Visa and Mastercard

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel a reservation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be required to pay 25% of the total payment owed.
• Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
• We have a no refunds policy for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date. However, if you do cancel we will endeavour to rebook the villa and if successful, your deposit will be refunded minus any costs incurred.
• Your reservation will be confirmed by email

Accommodation Terms and Conditions Between the Property Owner and the Renter:

• You and your party are responsible for leaving the holiday accommodation occupied with all furniture and fittings clean and in good order and condition.
• You undertake to inform us of any damages to the accommodation for its contents during your occupation and to pay for any damage or missing items, and excessive or unusual services consumed.
• The Accommodation may only be used for the persons named in the booking form unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
• Sub-letting or assignment arrangements are not permitted.
• The manager will be permitted access to the holiday accommodation at all reasonable times during your occupancy.
